QSOFT BİLİŞİM VE TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş (“QSoft”), as the data controller, takes all necessary security measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our goal is to transparently inform you, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), about the methods of collection, processing purposes, recipient groups to whom the data is transferred, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights.

– **Transaction Security**: WhatsApp log records (written, voice, and video logs)
– **Location**: Location Data
– **Financial Data**: e-Invoice/e-Archive Invoice
– **Customer Transaction Data**: Order Number, Size/Measurement Information (Shoe Size), Product Code, Purchase Date/Content

### 2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected is used for the following purposes:

– For the purpose of purchasing QSoft products through online channels: Identity, Communication, Transaction Security, Customer Transaction Data
– For creating a Smart Shopping Appointment: Identity, Communication, Location
– For placing an online order and checking the order status: Identity, Communication, Transaction Security, Customer Transaction Data
– For fulfilling the distance sales contract for the purchased products: Identity, Communication, Customer Transaction Data, Financial Data
– For issuing and sending the e-Archive invoice for the purchased products: Identity, Communication, Transaction Security
– For conducting modification/inspection inquiries related to the purchased products: Identity, Communication, Customer Transaction Data
– For evaluating your requests and complaints through communication on WhatsApp: Identity, Communication, Customer Transaction Data, Transaction Security Data

### 3. Method and Legal Basis for Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data related to the distance sales contract is collected automatically through QSoft’s online support services. It is processed on the legal basis of “necessity for the performance of a contract” and “explicit consent” as specified in Article 9 of the Law due to the transfer of your data to WhatsApp’s overseas servers.

### 4. Transfer of Personal Data

With your explicit consent, personal data obtained through communication on WhatsApp is processed within the framework defined by Article 9 of the Law. Your personal data is shared with supplier companies for the purpose of delivering purchased products to your address, with rapid solution partners for after-sales support services, with service providers for product modification services, with e-Archive invoice service providers, and with independent auditing service providers.

### 5. Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

– Learn whether your personal data is processed.
– Request information if your personal data has been processed.
– Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
– Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either within the country or abroad.
– Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
– Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist and request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
– Object to the analysis of your personal data solely by automated systems that result in unfavorable consequences for you.
– Request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

QSoft reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

In your application, you must include:

– Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
– Your Turkish Republic Identity Number if you are a citizen of Turkey, or your nationality, passport number, or ID number if you are a foreigner,
– Your address for notifications,
– Your email address, phone, and fax number, if applicable,
– The subject of your request, and any relevant information or documents.

Individuals who have consented to receiving commercial electronic messages from QSoft may withdraw their consent at any time. Communications will be stopped for the specified channels within the legal maximum period.
