LTS FEST’24 began with the theme “Journey from the Past to the Future.” The opening presentation offered a comprehensive overview of the technological transformation over the past 20 years, while also shedding light on the vision for the future. It was not only a nostalgic reflection but also a roadmap indicating the direction the industry is heading in the coming years.
Throughout the event, global brands such as Hewlett Packard, HPE Aruba, ESET, and Supernova took the stage. From hardware infrastructure to networking solutions, from security systems to innovative service management, a wide range of topics were covered. As QSoft, sharing the same platform with these leading companies was not just a collaboration opportunity, but also a significant step in contributing to technological advancements.
Why Was QSoft There?
At QSoft, we’ve been developing solutions in digital transformation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-powered chatbot systems, and intelligent communication platforms for many years. We help organizations automate their business processes to save time and costs, while also delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
Our main goal in attending LTS FEST’24 was to showcase the technologies we’ve developed, open new doors for potential partnerships, and closely follow developments in the industry. Events like this allow not only for business networking, but also for knowledge exchange and vision sharing.
Event Highlights: Inspiring Presentations and Technology Demonstrations
Among the many insightful presentations, HPE Aruba’s next-generation network infrastructure, ESET’s advanced cybersecurity technologies, and Supernova’s IT service management products stood out. These innovative technologies, each in their own domain, aim to provide effective solutions to the major challenges businesses face during digital transformation.
As QSoft, we took our place on stage to introduce our Cxperium platform and QSoft RPA products. Our digital assistants integrated with the WhatsApp Business API and our 24/7 operational software robots attracted significant interest from the participants. We had the opportunity to showcase our wide range of use cases—from proactive support systems and survey collection processes to internal audits and after-sales services.
QSoft’s Representation on an International Platform
Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt’s stunning tourism hub, not only hosted this major technology gathering but also welcomed participants from various countries, adding an international dimension to the event. The relationships we built with attendees from different regions hold great value in terms of our goal to evaluate and expand our products on a global scale.
